Look in the properties for the Unknown Device and disable it. Eventually, I dare say, you'll work out what it is (think about SD card readers, or sound devices, etc), and then it'll be a relatively simple operation to re-enable it again, but until then, as long as you're experiencing no other issues, just ignore it.
