1) Right-click on My Computer and select Properties.
2) Select the Hardware tab.
3) Click on the Device Manager button.
4) You should see at least one list expanded with a yellow question mark icon next to it. These are causing the "Found new hardware" wizard to pop up. If you feel you do not need the device, right-click on it and select disable; otherwise, continue.
5) List the name displayed on each device with a question mark next to it.
6) For each device, do the following:
6a) Double click it to open the device properties.
6b) Select the Details tab.
6c) Under Property, make sure Device Instance Id is selected.
6d) Copy what appears under value
7) Post the information collected above so that we may assist in finding an appropriate driver.
Note: If the Device Instance Id starts with "ACPI\IFX0102," see the following thread:
